Radio Operator Training Coordinator (National Talent)

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Managing all rig communications, including receiving and transmitting messages between the offshore installation, shore bases, support vessels, and aircraft.


• Key duties include operating and maintaining radio and electronic navigational equipment, maintaining detailed communication logs and records, monitoring emergency frequencies, conducting regular safety and equipment checks, and supporting emergency response.


• Administrative tasks involve ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining documentation and certificates, and coordinating helicopter traffic with relevant personnel.

• Radio Operator Training Coordinator

Requirements:

• Hold a valid GMDSS / GOC License
• Experience at an offshore drilling rig would be an advantage.
• Good command in English
• Good communication and report writing skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
