Requirements:

Minimum 12 months of experience as a Master on bulk carriers
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Valid COC (STCW Reg II/2) with verification
Valid STCW certifications
Experience in multicultural teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent English
Safety-focused mindset
